To living your life at fullest we must need to start by focusing on what would make you happy in life I think trying to save others is a bad choice Your life is yours you don’t owe it to anyone else. Find things you like to do and do it be selfish not inconsiderate but selfish. Life is short find something that brings you Joy. Think of the things that you have wasted your time with the first part of your life. Some start a Youtube channel that makes them feel happy.
Look back and see what were the things you did that really mattered. When you find what brings you Joy the first step is to be intentional. Make sure that whatever you do to start your life over you are intentional about seeking Joy. And joy is not the same as happiness, little things can make you happy for a time, but joy will fill your soul and give your life meaning.
Here, are some ways to live fuller and happier life.
- Don’t overanalyze every little thing: It helps to just breathe, keep the faith, and do your best at times. So, don’t overanalyze every little thing.
- Don’t get jealous and unhappy looking at someone else’s social media: It maybe a lie, it may not be. If it is, no point staying upset. If it isn’t, take it as an inspiration, and work towards it, if that’s where you want to be.
- Complaining won’t take you anywhere: If you’re unhappy with your partner, speak with them. If you’re unhappy about your job, communicate with your boss, or apply for other jobs. Complaining about anything won’t take you anywhere.
- You don’t need to quit your job and travel the world just because someone on the internet said so: It is perfectly possible to have a desk job and still travel the world while getting paid a handsome salary every month. A travel pillow will help during your travel. All you need to do is play well.
- Just because someone is in a bad mood, don’t let it affect yours: People can be in a bad mood due to multiple reasons. If they’re snappy with you, just ignore them, and if they’re close to you, mention it later.
- Exercise everyday: Yes, your body needs it. Okay, if not every day, at least 4–5 days every week. It can even be just a regular brisk walk.
- If you have a dream, work towards it: Saying you have a dream and that your life sucks will take you nowhere. Set aside 30 minutes every day towards working on your dream.
- Get good sleep daily: I know it increases my productivity at work. But, do me a Favour. Figure out your ideal, and try to stick to it.
- Call your parents daily: Even if it is for 5 minutes, it will make you happy, and them happier.
- Be grateful for what you have: This probably sounds like the most cliched advice, but it’s also the most overlooked. Most of you have a roof over your head, 2-3 great friends, a loving family, and food to eat for every meal. A lot of people don’t.
- Don’t hate: Most of us hate some or other things or people. Though, we don’t know exactly what is the reason of hate. Stop hating and live your life.
- Don’t worry: We have so many problems which make us to worry about it. But, worrying about it, won’t solve the problem. You need to take right action for it.
- Live simply: Most of us try to show off in our group to look superior comparing to other. But you need to understand you can’t be superior if nobody accepting this thought. High thinking, simple living.
- Expect less: Do you know? Expectations hurts. It hurts you a lot if you expected more. So, have a less or no expectation to save yourself from the pain of being hurt.
- Manage your energy: Instead of engaging in states of mind that exhaust you, learn to manage your stamina by remaining calm and centered. You’ll be able to save precious mental energy.
Lastly, instead of focusing on yourself, express compassion to and show interest in those around you, and maintain supportive relationships with your co-workers, and employees. You will dramatically increase the loyalty and commitment of your colleagues and employees, thereby improving productivity, performance, and influence.
People can’t achieve happiness because they try to achieve the opposites and incompatible things in their life. We can never achieve anything in life without giving something from what we have. It is like going to a shop and thinking of getting
something from there without having any intention to give the equivalent amount
of money from your pocket.
