“I’m just the full dose of Carlos Alcaraz,” says the Wimbledon champion about himself.

The greatest praise for Carlos Alcaraz comes from his opponent in the final, Novak Djokovic. The Serb is full of praise for the winner. However, a sentence by the Spaniard himself should give the competition food for thought.
CArlos Alcaraz grinned. He does that quite often, but as the newly crowned Wimbledon champion, it seemed even a bit broader than usual. The Spaniard keeps saying that the smile is the key to playing tennis successfully. And anyone who sees the joy of playing and the youthful energy with which he jumps across the pitch in his matches knows immediately what he means by that.
In this case, however, Alcaraz grinned because he heard a very special praise after his great triumph in London. A compliment that flattered him and his game in a special way. “He’s probably right,” he said then, as if it were the most obvious thing in the world. “But I just try not to think about it. I’m just the full dose of Carlos Alcaraz.”
