After an explosion at a supply canal for two important coal-fired power plants in Kosovo, Prime Minister Albin Kurti has blamed “Serb-led gangs”. “This criminal and terrorist attack aimed to damage our essential infrastructure,” he told reporters late Friday evening. “The attack was carried out professionally. We believe that Serbian-controlled gangs are behind this,” he added.
