In doing so, Michael Saylor's firm will now be led by a total of 9 directors. Among the latest arrivals, note the entry of Brian Brooks, who has a CV reflecting significant experience in the crypto sector.
From 2018 to 2020, Brian Brooks moved up to become General Counsel at Coinbasea position now held by Paul Grewal. The following year, he rose to the position of CEO at Binance.US, the American branch of the largest exchange in the world.

Currently the chief investment officer of Brown University, Jane Dietze is a leading figure in institutional financial management.
His experience includes key roles at Fortress Investment Group and Bowdoin College. Since 2022, she also serves on the board of directors of Galaxy Digitala pioneering digital assets and blockchain company, founded in 2018 by Michael Novogratz, a former Goldman Sachs executive and famous cryptocurrency investor.
