VANCOUVER, BC, JANUARY 21, 2025/insPRESS/ – ClaimsPro, Canada’s leading provider of independent claims adjusting services and an SCM company, today announced two new internal appointments in Western Canada. Janak Lally will begin a new role as Vice President for British Columbia, and Trent Buchanan has been appointed to a new role as Vice President for Alberta, Saskatchewan, and the Territories. This new leadership structure will better connect ClaimsPro’s regional operations, providing concentrated support for internal teams and clients while focusing on efficiencies and continued growth.
Janak Lally is an experienced insurance professional with over 25 years in the industry. He has a proven track record of providing excellent customer service and fostering strong business partnerships, with a reputation for attracting and mentoring new talent. Janak’s new role is an expansion of his previous work overseeing the Lower Mainland and BC Interior to now encompass the entire province of British Columbia.
With over 30 years of adjusting experience, Trent Buchanan is a seasoned insurance professional, having gained experience in previous roles as an Adjuster, Branch Manager, District Manager, and Managing Partner. Trent brings expertise in property, liability, marine, and course of construction claims. His proven leadership and deep industry knowledge will further enhance our service delivery and operational excellence across the Alberta, Saskatchewan, and Territories regions.
