Great Britain gives Ukraine a loan of 2.74 billion euros to strengthen its defense. The two finance ministers Rachel Reeves and Serhii Marschenko signed the agreement on Saturday. The British Prime Minister Keir Strandmer had previously received the Ukrainian President Wolodymyr Selenskyj in London. The loan is a “sign of unshakable support for the Ukrainian people”it said. The loan is to be repaid with profits from the frozen Russian assets.
