Photos are rarely perfect straight away. If you want to optimize pictures from your cell phone or DSLR, you can now do that with the free program. The promotion is only available for a short time, so be quick.
Image editing doesn’t have to be complicated and cumbersome, and despite its reputation, not every mere mortal needs a Photoshop license. For most users, an application that optimizes images with one click is sufficient. You can get these for free for a short time:
This allows you to visually enhance your recordings. Instead of clicking through boring settings, you can work with clearly labeled sliders and view the results in real time.
This is how the software works
DSLR or smartphone? It doesn’t matter which device you use to take your pictures: there is always something to optimize. Contrast, exposure, white balance or sharpness are right at first glance in the rarest of cases.
In Photo Optimizer 2022, select the photos or directories that you currently want to view. In the filmstrip view, the focus is on the preview, below which you will find the green “Automatically optimize” button. All possible settings are adjusted with one click so that your picture comes into its own.
If necessary, you can then fine-tune the individual sliders and options manually on the right-hand side. You will find categories like:
- correction
- light curves
- Rotate / Mirror
- Free rotation
- crop
- change size
- Sharpen
- Adaptive blur
It’s best to be sparing with changing the sliders, because less is more. However, you should not underestimate the “crop” function, because the right image section can greatly enhance a photo.
Tip:
It is best to save the edited versions of the images as a copy so as not to overwrite the original. So you always have the neutral version of each photo at hand.
If you wish, you can also print out your images at home using the integrated print dialog. The settings for the margins make it easier for you to see the entire motif at the end.
