The ecosystem of non-fungible tokens (NFTs) continues to attract interest from companies and individuals, despite the fall in prices. In Paris, the first space dedicated to this ecosystem has just opened. It will offer training and events to democratize the sector.
The NFT Factory opens its doors in Paris
Jean-Noël Barrot, the Minister Delegate in charge of the digital transition, affirmed it during the opening of the NFT Factory: the government intends to support the ecosystem, with public money. It is true that NFTs began to make room for the potential they can represent beyond simple profile photos.
Located rue Saint-Martin in the 4th arrondissement of Paris opposite the Center Pompidou, the NFT Factory will initially offer a gallery dedicated to NFT works of art, as well as Web3 initiation workshops. From next month, however, it will open a space dedicated to members, as well as extensive training.
The general public, start-ups and large companies are targeted: it is a question of democratizing the concepts and explaining what are the innovative uses that can be made with NFTs. But also to support start-upswith modules “ from deck to drop » to help them produce their first collections.

Bringing together disparate actors
As Lucie-Éléonore Riveron, General Manager of the NFT Factory, points out, NFTs affect particularly varied sectors, it is therefore also a question of bringing them together :
“The NFT Factory was born from the need to bring together the key actors and actresses of NFT, in art but also gaming, luxury, finance and the metaverse. We are at the dawn of a revolution which will touch all the interstices of our daily life, as the end of the 20th century saw the emergence of the Internet with apprehension, without suspecting its omnipresence 20 years later. »
With an idea hammered out by the NFT Factory: no, NFTs are not cut off from the world, but they are rooted in reality and they will probably support many uses of tomorrow. A total of 128 co-founders came together to create the NFT Factory.
In any case, we note that the discourse surrounding non-fungible tokens is beginning to evolve. The great initial mistrust they come up against becomes more measured. Especially since the French government also seems to have watered down his wine. A few days earlier, Bruno Le Maire had indeed mentioned NFTs as key innovation areas of the blockchain.
