 Dr. Pang’s prior accolades, such as winning the “Best Green Initiative” at the 2022 Informa FinTech Future Banking Tech Awards and earning the “SG Mark Platinum 2022,” highlight his capability in leading impactful sustainability programs. His involvement as the Secretariat for the Singapore National Sustainable Procurement Roundtable in 2022/2023 played a crucial role in promoting sustainable practices across various sectors.

With certifications in LEAN Sigma Black Belt and as a Chartered Environmentalist, Dr. Pang plans to employ LEAN Six Sigma methods in Giti’s sustainability efforts, striving to make Giti Tire an example of responsible conduct in the passenger car tires industry. “Leading Giti Tire’s sustainability initiatives is an opportunity I am eager to take on,” he expressed.
