  an item in good condition that may show moderate signs of wear and is fully functional. The item may arrive with damaged packaging or may have been repackaged. It can cause minor optical damage, e.g. B. have a small scratch. Relevant accessories may be missing, which may need to be purchased separately prior to using the item. Missing accessories will be mentioned in the item condition.
• Used – Acceptable
  an item may show clear signs of use, but still fulfills its main function. The item may arrive with damaged packaging or may have been repackaged. It may show blemishes or other signs of previous use. Signs of usage can be scratches, dents and worn corners or edges. It may be missing relevant accessories, components or replacement parts which may need to be purchased separately prior to using the item. Missing parts will be mentioned in the item condition.

Negotiating prices can be worthwhile

If you do not like a product or the damage is more severe than stated, you have the option of returning the product without any problems. The return process is no different from that for new items.

Tip: You can often even renegotiate a few percentages with Amazon customer support. To do this, simply send photos of the damage with a few friendly words to support and, if the complaints are justified, you will receive part of the amount paid back.
