In a press release shared on the Commission's website, the president addresses his thanks to various close collaborators:
I thank President Biden for entrusting me with this incredible responsibility. The SEC fulfilled its mission and enforced the law without fear or favor. I really enjoyed working with my fellow curators, Allison Herren Lee, Elad Roisman, Hester Peirce, Caroline Crenshaw, Mark Uyeda and Jaime Lizárraga. I also thank Congress, my colleagues in the U.S. government, and my fellow regulators around the world.
