Aspen has announced the appointment of Nick Acker (pictured above) as head of US distribution. Acker commenced in the role in December.
Acker is based in Chicago. He will report to Jonny Atkinson, group chief business development officer at Aspen.
In his new role, Acker will be responsible for developing Aspen’s relationships with broking partners in the US.
Acker joins the company from Arch Insurance Group, where he served for 10 years in various senior distribution roles, most recently as vice president of wholesale and distribution management. Prior to Arch, Acker held roles at ACE Group and The Hartford.
