Why participate in the Binance Launchpool?
For the 61st iteration of its Launchpool, the Binance cryptocurrency exchange welcomes the Usual project, which aims to revolutionize the stablecoin market with its USD0, which has the particularity of being based on real-world assets (RWA).
Concretely, Binance Launchpool allows users to earn new tokens by locking BNB or FDUSD. This process, known as staking, provides an opportunity to earn rewards very simply.

By depositing BNB or FDUSD on the Binance Launchpool for a period of a few days, it is possible to earn a portion of the tokens of a particular project in proportion to the amount of cryptocurrencies deposited.
Note that for this iteration dedicated to Usual, only staking BNB, Binance's native cryptocurrency, is possible to be eligible in France.
At the end of the lock period, the allocation of the relevant token is distributed to all users who participated in the Binance Launchpool. And, of course, the BNB (or FDUSD for other editions) goes back to their Binance wallet. It is therefore a free operation, subject to holding BNB or FDUSD.
Here is a summary of the advantages of the Binance Launchpool:
- Early access to new tokens: Participate in innovative projects from their launch and obtain tokens before their listing on the market;
- Flexibility and control: Your committed tokens are only locked for a very short period;
- Safety and reliability: By using the Binance platform, you benefit from a secure environment for staking and receiving your rewards;
- Attractive potential returns: Staking via Launchpool can offer attractive returns, although these depend on the performance of the selected projects. In any case, this remains an operation at no additional cost.

What is the Usual project and why is it interesting?
Usual is a decentralized platform which aims to give power back to its users and which is centered around 3 cryptocurrencies:
- USD0 : This is Usual's flagship asset. It is a fully decentralized dollar-backed stablecoin, backed by liquid RWAs and considered risk-free, such as money market funds. It can be used freely within DeFi;
- USD0++ : By depositing USD0, Usual users obtain USD0++, allowing them to take full advantage of the growth of the protocol by being participants themselves. USD0++ also pays rewards when staked, in the form of USUAL tokens. Note that USD0++ can be purchased on the secondary market;
- The USUAL token: It is the governance token of the Usual protocol. It allows you to actively participate in the evolution of the Usual ecosystem, in particular by influencing decisions relating to treasury management, collateral policy, or even the distribution of protocol revenues. The USUAL token can be staked to generate additional rewards.
Usual was born from a simple observation: In 2023, stablecoins backed by fiat currencies, such as those issued by Tether and Circle, will generate more than $10 billion in revenue, with valuations exceeding $200 billion. However, the users, at the origin of their success, do not benefit from any part of these gains.

This is why, by combining security and enthusiasm around RWA as well as total decentralization via a governance system which redistributes value to its users thanks to the USUAL token, the project wants “ rebuild Tether on-chain “.
By allocating governance tokens to users and third parties who provide value, Usual realigns financial incentives and puts power back in the hands of the community.
“ Become an owner, not just a user, » as the project itself says.
