Insurance agent John Ryan, 64, of Palm Springs, was arrested on Tuesday on a number of prices.
Ryan, who was arrested after failing to seem for arraignment in felony prices filed in April by the San Diego County District Lawyer, faces 45 counts of elder abuse, grand theft, and id theft.
He’s alleged to have diverted over $75,000 from the accounts of artwork supplier and philanthropist Gregg Juarez whereas appearing as his insurance agent, in response to the California Division of Insurance (CDIF).
Juarez died in 2018 on the age of 93.
The Division of Insurance heard from former workers of Ryan that he allegedly stored premiums that ought to have been despatched to insurers.
