TORONTO, ON, DECEMBER 12, 2024/insPRESS/ – In 2024, the Canadian Independent Adjusters’ Association (CIAA) proudly marked the milestone of its 40th Annual General Meeting. Since its founding in 1953, the CIAA continues to represented the interests of over 1,800 Independent Adjusters throughout Canada.
This year’s meeting successfully addressed the key business issues relevant to our association. In addition, it is with great enthusiasm that we introduced Michael Connolly, BA, CFEI, CI, as our 40th National President. Michael’s years of dedicated service to the CIAA and his unwavering commitment to enhancing the profession of Independent Loss Adjusting will undoubtedly benefit our members significantly in the coming year.
Furthermore, the retirement of our esteemed Executive Director, Patricia Battle was also announced. Over nearly 25 years, Patricia has been an invaluable asset to the CIAA and its membership. Her leadership and contributions have left a lasting impact, and her presence will be missed.
CIAA is the national voice of Independent Adjusters in Canada, providing leadership through advocacy, education and recognized professional standards.
