The manufacturer Rack & Rüther informs about the recall of a batch of its “Bauernbratwurst, spreadable raw sausage”. E. coli bacteria were detected in samples of the products.
German customers have to consider another sausage recall. As produktwarning.eu writes, Rack & Rüther GmbH has withdrawn a batch of “farmer’s bratwurst, spreadable raw sausage” from sale. During an analysis, E.Coli bacteria were detected in the products.
These can trigger dangerous intestinal diseases with severe diarrhea. In children, the elderly and people with weakened immune systems, infection can even lead to death.

Consumption of this batch is strongly discouraged. If you have purchased one of the products, you can return it to the respective store without presenting a receipt.
