More than 1,000 Telekom customers reported disruptions on Monday evening. The fixed network and the Internet are particularly affected. Around 30 percent probably also have problems with the mobile Internet, one in ten even reports a complete failure.
A few hours earlier, the error reports shot up before the problem seemed to be solved. More than 2,100 customers had reported disruptions around 4:30 p.m. Shortly before 7 p.m., the number of reported problem cases rose again.
What exactly causes problems is currently unknown. So far, Telekom has not commented on the error reports.
