At least two people were killed in a firearm attack at the State University of Florida. Two victims are dead and six people were in a hospital with gunshot wounds, the police said in Tallahassee on Thursday.
Among the injuries is also the alleged shooter, which is according to the information about the son of a policewoman. This was temporarily arrested. The suspect did not follow the police instructions when arresting and was shot, as the chief of police from Tallahassee, Lawrence Revell, told CNN.
The alleged perpetrator is 20 years old and even a student at the State University of Florida, said the sheriff of the local district. The young man had access to a weapon of his mother found on campus. Nothing is currently known about the possible motifs of the perpetrator.
