Saddle Barrel

When switching guns during a competition, the horn and swell may hit the horn if not tilted and lowered. It can damage the horn over time, but many mounted shooters use barrel saddles. Free-swinging fenders allow more movement on mounted shooting saddles. The saddles are snug and have a deep seat. No ropes can pull a mounted shooting saddle.
Ranch Saddle Cutting
This saddle is versatile for ranching. Trail riding, arena work, and ranch work are possible. A strong horn for roping and a narrow seat for all-day comfort is included. Ranch cutting saddles provide comfort and multitasking. Use these saddles for cutting competitions or other events. They have longer, square skirts and are heavier saddles. Made stronger for roping. They have a higher pommel and horn like cutting saddles. Roping horn is thicker. Lower cantle, flat seat with slight rise near pommel.
