The president of the Confederation of Small and Medium-Sized Enterprises (CPME), François Asselin, was interviewed on BFM Business today. According to him, the political turmoil currently taking place in France have real consequences on entrepreneurship, with lower risk-taking :
“I believe that we have lost a quarter of growth. We can clearly see that entrepreneurs, before jumping in and taking risks, are paying attention to their near future.”

François Asselin also notes that the summer holidays have started, and that there is already a natural slowdown in France at this time. But this will be amplified this year by political issues. :
