After building his skills at Western Pacific Insurance Brokerage, Arnold founded RIGHTSURE in 1997 in Tucson, Ariz. Since then, Arnold’s company has acquired several agencies, been involved with joint ventures, and continually evolved to stay dominant in a crowded market. RIGHTSURE was recently named an IBA Top Insurance Employer for 2022.
“We insure everything from pets to jets,” Arnold said.
RIGHTSURE operates as an independent insurance agency, insurtech and aggregator, giving consumers more control over their insurance. The company operates across 42 states by blending artificial intelligence, chatbots, mobile apps, and multivariate rating technology.
“Our platform is continuously focused on our clients’ experience, which relies upon our famously friendly humans’ ability to execute and exceed every policyholder’s expectation,” Arnold said. “Our success and real value to our clients cannot be solely predicated on our ability to offer a cheaper policy or carrier year after year. Therefore, our mission is to change the entire insurance ecosystem and end the too-well-known practice of rate shopping done by most.”

Each of RIGHTSURE’s departments is currently headed by a woman – a rarity in an industry that is still male-dominated.
“I’ve not come across a female-forward management team in the insurtech space, and there’s no denying that this fact positively contributes to our success and culture,” Arnold said.
All of the division heads have decades of industry experience and multiple years with the company. RIGHTSURE also invests significantly in its employees, Arnold said.
RIGHTSURE employees participate in community volunteer activities together and attend social events outside of work. The company also supports education for its employees and offers in- or out-of-office working options.
