What does the media library downloader do?
The media library downloader has interfaces to tap into numerous online portals. This works with 3Sat, ARD, Arte.de, Arte.fr, BR, DW, Funk.net, KiKA, MDR, NDR, RBB, SWR, WDR and ZDF. The biggest advantage is the user interface, which surpasses the MediathekView tool with appealing colors and a clear layout. If you type a term into the input field above, the matching search results will appear – depending on which state broadcaster has the right material up its sleeve. You can choose to have the hits displayed in a list view, in which more search results fit in the window, or you can activate a tile view including table of contents.
By clicking on the heart symbol, you mark content as favorites and thus move references to it to the watch list (see the rubric of the same name in the category tree on the left). This is useful if you don’t have time to watch a strip or download it right now. Clicking on the play button starts playback of a search result, the download arrow to the right is used to download the file (the arrow is also visible when playback is in progress). You can choose between two or three quality levels (“Full HD”, “Medium”, “HD”). There is no handling with regard to the file format, you will always receive MP4 elements. If a video has already been downloaded, the media library downloader refuses to archive it again. This saves DSL bandwidth and you some time. How to unlock the software
Want to indulge in the streaming and downloading fun? Then grab the free full version by downloading it. After calling up the setup file, follow the wizard’s instructions to load the application onto your computer. Once you have completed the setup with “Finish”, the playback client starts automatically. He requests registration. Comply with this by filling out the form with input fields for your first and last name and your e-mail address. Fill out at least the field for your email address, the other information is optional. Place a tick in front of “Yes, I have read the terms and conditions and the data protection guidelines” and confirm with the button “Request free activation by e-mail”.
The provider will now send you an email via which you can complete the activation. Go to your inbox and see a new message from Abelssoft. If you don’t find what you’re looking for there, also check your spam folder. Click on the registration link contained in the email. A moment later, Abelssoft’s registration screen disappears and he unlocks the software’s functions.
