In addition, real radio messages from each F1 driver and the race engineers add to the atmosphere.
Drivers from F1, F2 and F3 are fully licensed in F1 Manager 22, giving you a pool of authentic drivers to choose from across multiple years of gameplay. The game promises that, as the team boss, you will direct virtually every aspect of your racing team: from scouting talent at headquarters, fitting out and developing the car, attracting sponsors, to making tactical momentary decisions during a race.
