First one, then two, then three, more and more young people meet on Saturday afternoon at the equatorial sundial on the banks of the Main in Frankfurt. One after the other, they cautiously approach the small crowd and ask: “Are you here for the walk too?” Nods and laughter are the answer. Some participants are still unsure what to expect – after all, you don't go for a walk every day with the aim of finding new friends.
