National Capital Region now has a dedicated space for women in commercial real estate

MISSISSAUGA, ON, MARCH 5, 2025/insPRESS/ – First Onsite Property Restoration announced today that it celebrates Sarah Crouch, Manager of Business Development, for launching the Ottawa chapter of Commercial Real Estate Women (CREW) Network and becoming its inaugural President.
While most major cities in Canada have a CREW Network chapter, the National Capital Region lacked a dedicated organization for women in commercial real estate. Recognizing this void, Crouch spearheaded the initiative, recruiting members and building a group of industry professionals to establish a platform where women in Ottawa could connect, collaborate, and thrive.
“CREW Network is the industry’s premier business networking organization for women. The connections, leadership opportunities, and visibility that come with this initiative are invaluable,” said Sarah Crouch, Manager of Business Development at First Onsite. “It has been an incredible journey launching the CREW Ottawa chapter. I am deeply grateful for the support of the First Onsite team, which has given me a platform to pursue this goal.”
In an announcement, CREW Network said the new chapter expands the organization’s presence to 86 chapters and more than 15,000 members globally. The new chapter will promote commercial real estate business opportunities for members and provide industry networking, education, and leadership opportunities for women in the Ottawa market.

Bien que la plupart des grandes villes du Canada aient un chapitre du réseau CREW, la région de la capitale nationale manquait d’une organisation dédiée aux femmes dans l’immobilier commercial. Consciente de ce vide, Mme Crouch a dirigé l’initiative, recrutant des membres et formant un groupe de professionnels du secteur pour créer une plateforme où les femmes d’Ottawa pourraient se connecter, collaborer et prospérer.
« CREW Network est la principale organisation de réseautage d’affaires pour les femmes dans le secteur. Dans un communiqué, CREW Network a annoncé que le nouveau chapitre étend la présence de l’organisation à 86 chapitres et plus de 15 000 membres à l’échelle mondiale. Le nouveau chapitre encouragera les opportunités d’affaires dans le secteur de l’immobilier commercial pour les membres et offrira aux femmes du marché d’Ottawa des occasions de réseautage, d’éducation et de leadership dans l’industrie.
