As a result of the conviction for defamation of two election workers, the former private lawyer of former US President Donald Trump, Rudy Giuliani, has to hand over valuables and his luxury apartment in the New York borough of Manhattan to the two women. Giuliani, who filed for bankruptcy at the end of 2023, will be ordered to transfer “all property listed below (…), including cash accounts, jewelry and valuables,” the legal right to previously unpaid legal fees and his apartment, a judge ordered on Tuesday, according to court documents.
