Amazon Music Unlimited: 4 months free for Prime members
Before the big bargain event on July 12th and 13th, 2022, Amazon has an attractive offer for music fans: Prime members benefit from a four-month Free access to Amazon Music Unlimited for free. It contains around 90 million songs that you can play anytime and anywhere (thanks to offline playback) – without advertising. Customers without a Prime subscription get three months free.
On the Amazon action page you can register for the offer. You will receive a promotional credit from which the monthly fee will eventually be deducted. After three months it will be used up and your subscription will continue at a price of EUR 8.99 per month – without Prime membership the monthly costs are EUR 9.99. The subscription can be canceled monthly. However, if you do not cancel in time, your subscription will automatically be extended by another month.
Important: The offer applies exclusively to new customers who have not yet used Amazon Music Unlimited. The free campaign ends with Prime Day, so it’s running up to and including July 13, 2022.
When you buy an Echo speaker from Amazon, you even get six months of Music Unlimited for free. All information can be found on the promotion page.
Amazon Music vs. Spotify, Deezer and Co.
Basically, the various music streaming providers only differ in details: All cost just under 10 euros per month and offer access to millions of songs from all over the world. But if you take a closer look, some differences become noticeable. Because Amazon Music Unlimited offers some practical extras. This is how the streaming service works on almost all devices – especially through integration in Amazon’s in-house devices like the Echo family make using them child’s play. Football fans will also get their money’s worth with the live broadcast of the Bundesliga, DFB Cup and European competitions. And then of course there is also the price advantage for interested parties who already have an Amazon Prime membership: you save at least one euro a month and only have to pay 8.99 euros instead of 9.99 euros for the subscription.
With the free campaign, the online giant is trying to attract even more customers to inspire Amazon Music Unlimited. Unfortunately, anyone who has already subscribed to the service will get nothing. At least there is a consolation Media Market and Saturn: There you can date Apple Music for four months save for free without having to buy anything. However, the offer is also only valid for new customers and after the test phase it will be converted into a regular subscription for the price of 9.99 euros per month.
