HHollywood star Harrison Ford (80) refused outside help to get off his horse while shooting his new “Indiana Jones” film. “I was like, ‘What the hell?!’ Like gropers attacking me,” Ford told Esquire magazine of a moment on set while he was filming a riding scene.
“I look down and there are three stunt men trying to make sure I don’t fall off the hanger.” He rebuffed the men in no uncertain terms, Ford said I want it to look like that too!”
Speaking at the Cannes Film Festival last week, Ford, who turns 81 in July, said he always wanted to develop his aging character, Indiana Jones, into that age. “I also wanted to face my own age in a way.”
The fifth part of the film series, “Indiana Jones and the Wheel of Destiny”, will be released in German cinemas on June 29th.
