The chocolate manufacturer chocri has announced that it will finally cease operations at the end of April. Customers can currently secure many offers in the course of a sale.
As the company writes in a press release, the chocolate manufacturer chocri will finally shut down operations on April 30th. The company cites the current economic situation in the customized premium chocolate business as the reason.
At chocri, private customers can put together a personalized chocolate bar from more than 27 billion options. As the manufacturer confirmed to CHIP, a big sale is now starting. Many of the products in the online shop will be significantly reduced by the end of April.
Chocri ceases operations: manufacturer invented the concept of “chocolate of choice” in 2009
The chocri brand belongs to the Rübezahl-Riegelein Group and is based in Berlin. Since 2008, the concept of “desired chocolate” has been offered in Germany, Austria and Switzerland. According to its own information, the company cooperates with over 600 retailers in the stationary confectionery trade.
It is not yet known what will happen to the employees who make the chocolate products by hand.
