And more flexible working models, especially the home office, contribute to this?
When you stay at home more, you want to make it nicer there, I guess. Then the crooked curtain rod may also get in the way. There’s an aspect of resilience to that. When you have a positive connection to where you are, your brain works better. If you feel uncomfortable, your performance suffers.
