I still remember he used to tell me that “Baba main 10 to 5 job Karne ke liye paida nahi hua hu aur isliye maine engineering chodh di”. Another important fact that I would like to shed some light on is how my theatre background too helped me deliver long dialogues quickly, with the desired intensity. And I feel that this is the best character that I have ever done for Marathi Television. It was only possible because I have had a long theatre experience. The Marathi television audience also loves it when the actor delivers a strong performance. Then it doesn’t matter if the serial is graphics-heavy or not it’s just sheer acting and a strong story lineup. And it is an ecstatic feeling to know that people too have a value for such strong stories in this century.”
