TORONTO, ON, NOVEMBER 5, 2024/insPRESS/ – ClaimsPro, Canada’s leading provider of independent claims adjusting services and an SCM company is pleased to announce the appointment of Natasha Pinto as Vice President, National Accounts. Ms. Pinto will oversee ClaimsPro’s National Accounts team providing leadership and mentorship to employees within this team. She will also be responsible for building and maintaining existing client relationships, as well as seeking and supporting new business growth opportunities.
In her 20 years’ experience within the insurance industry, Ms. Pinto previously spent 11 years with ClaimsPro, then six years with a national restoration firm. She has been responsible for claims management in various capacities from overseeing adjusters as an Account Manager to developing strategic relationships with key insurer clients and being accountable for the development and implementation of internal processes as Director, Insurance Management Services. Most recently as Senior Vice President of Operations, Ms. Pinto had national oversight supporting multiple regional locations as well as being a key liaison for major insurer, commercial, and franchisee clients.
