NEAR Protocol will now collaborate with Google Cloud in order to benefit from the latter’s technical infrastructure, in particular with its RPC technology. These different tools will be used by Pagoda, the Web3 startup incubator launched in February 2022 by NEAR aimed at promoting the launch of decentralized applications (dApps) on its network.
NEAR announces collaboration with Google Cloud
NEAR Foundation unveiled a partnership between NEAR Protocol and Google Cloud in order to promote the development of start-ups oriented towards the Web3 and evolving on the blockchain.
Composed of NEAR Academy, NEAR University and NEAR Protocol, its blockchain, NEAR is a full-fledged ecosystem specializing in the creation and development of decentralized applications (dApps). If you want to know more, we invite you to read our presentation dedicated to this project.
Google Cloud will provide “technical support” to developers using Pagoda thanks to its infrastructure of RPC nodes (remote procedure calls). Based on the client/server model, an RPC is a synchronous operation making it possible to make procedure calls on a remote computer belonging to a network.
Launched in February 2022, Pagoda is a startup incubator operating in the Web3 environment which provides a complete toolkit for developers so that they can create, develop and launch their project on NEAR Protocol.
Marieke Flamentthe CEO of Near Foundation, highlighted the magnitude of this collaboration with Google:
