The Apple headset should also offer some exciting functions in your own four walls. Photos can now be viewed much as if they were projected onto a screen. The integrated 3D camera also allows you to view images and videos in 3D. Of course, this also applies to films such as Avatar.
The surrounding space can be darkened here or replaced by a virtual environment to give the user the full cinema feeling. Apple promises that the new headset will also be of interest to gamers.
For streaming fans: Disney President Bob Iger announced that Disney+ will be available for Vision Pro from day one. Certain games and interactive experiences from the Disney cosmos are also to be integrated.
About the design: The front is made of laminated glass. A button is attached to the frame and a digital crown for control, the frame is made of aluminum and contains displays, cameras, a cooling system and sensors. The battery is attached to the outside of the goggles with a cable.
Apple is installing a micro-OLED display in the new headset. The mini displays are said to offer 23 million pixels. A sharp 4K image should be achieved in both eyes.
