Mr. Backous joins ParioQuantify with over 14 years of experience in large loss appraisals, estimating, project management, and building consulting for both commercial and residential restoration and construction projects. His extensive experience covers a wide range of areas, including construction project management, estimating, negotiations, dispute resolution, damage assessment, and tendering.
