In our opinion, one euro per GB is a good guideline for mobile phone tariffs – unfortunately, this is only used for most offers from around 10 GB of data volume. Infrequent surfers or average users who only occasionally surf the mobile Internet pay proportionally more. The Deal from handyvertrag.de is a nice exception: You get the all-network flat rate with 6 GB permanently for EUR 4.99 per month and can even cancel monthly for a one-time provision price of EUR 19.99.

If the data volume is easily enough for the next two years, you should choose the variant with a minimum contract period of 24 months. Here there is no connection fee and we do not assume that the monthly price for such a tariff will drop significantly below five euros. The only drawback is the data automation, which may result in additional monthly costs of up to six euros.
