In Hamburg and Bremen, the numbers 110 (police) and 112 (fire brigade/ambulance) are disrupted. It is still unclear why the disruption occurs and how long it lasts.
At about the same time, there were disruptions when making calls all over Germany – all mobile phone providers are affected.

Emergency numbers in Bremen and Hamburg disrupted
The Hamburg police write on Twitter that there appears to be a disruption in the entire Hamburg telephone network. “In some cases, both some of our departments and the emergency number 110 are affected.”
The warning apps NINA and Katwarn have also triggered.
Anyone who needs to call for help in Bremen should call 0421 19222. The guards of the professional and voluntary fire brigade in the Hanseatic city are manned and can accept requests for help.
