You often hear that companies have to move with the times. Idriss Brockmann-Serbis is trying to prepare companies for the future. He is the head of Nightly Code, a Frankfurt-based transformation consultancy. Brockmann-Serbis and his co-founder Toni Gottschall – both met while working for an IT system provider – still see a lot of potential when it comes to planning for the future. “Many people don't even know how much good they have already done,” says the founder, citing home offices as an example: “If you give up a bit of control, the employee has the opportunity to be more independent and thus contribute more.”
