BSeveral people were injured in an explosion in a house in downtown Speyer on Thursday evening. The fire department said so. According to initial findings, it could have been a gas explosion, a police statement said. On the ground floor of the residential and commercial building on a popular shopping street was a shop whose windows were completely pushed out. The shards were scattered on the sidewalk.
