Rapper Jay-Z, who co-produces the halftime show with his entertainment company Roc Nation, recognized Rihanna’s self-made success as an artist and businesswoman. Born on the small island of Barbados, Beyoncé’s husband Jay-Z wrote in a statement that she is now considered one of the “greatest artists of all time.”
Music icon Rihanna (“Umbrella”) is also a big earner through her cosmetics line (“Fenty Beauty”) and her underwear brand. The Grammy winner and her boyfriend, US rapper Asap Rocky, became parents for the first time in May.
