Robinhood announced that his wallet was now accessible to all iOS users around the world. This wallet had been presented in the spring of 2022, and was until then only open in beta version for a few users who managed to obtain a place via the waitlist.

For holders of a smartphone running Android, it will still be necessary to wait, the wallet will be deployed there “later in the year», although early access will be possible, always through a waitlist. However, no concrete date has yet been revealed.
Also, there is currently no web browser extension. Nevertheless, the company indicates that the development of a “web3 browser“in its own right is on the program, and should see the light of day”In the coming months“.
For a limited period, investors making a transfer to the address of their wallet, from the centralized Robinhood platform, will receive up to five USDC for any minimum deposit of ten dollars. For a deposit from an external address, this reward will be one USDC.

The Robinhood wallet is a self-hosted wallet, like MetaMask, this means that the user is responsible for his private key.
As of this writing, only Polygon (MATIC) and Ethereum (ETH) are available on the app. Regarding Polygon, transaction fees are currently borne by Robinhood. On the other hand, the wallet supports 50 ERC-20 tokens, but also non-fungible tokens (NFT), on which it can offer a visual:
