After the fatal knife attack on children at a Taylor Swift dance class in northern England, a 17-year-old has been charged with triple murder and ten counts of attempted murder. The British public prosecutor's office CPS has authorized the Merseyside police to bring charges against the 17-year-old, the public prosecutor's office announced on Thursday. The suspect is due to appear before a court in Liverpool on Thursday.
