Superstar Taylor Swift’s relationship with Matty Healy, singer of the British band The 1975, lasted only a few weeks. Fans welcome the separation.
AMatty Healy won’t be Mr. Taylor Swift either. As the gossip portal TMZ reported on Monday, the singer broke up with the guitarist of the British pop band The 1975 after a few weeks. The reason for the sudden end of the relationship was not mentioned.
Swift and Healy were considered inseparable throughout their romance. The 34-year-old not only attended half a dozen concerts of the “Eras” tour, for which Swift has been on stage since March with titles like “Don’t Blame Me” and “Lover”. He was also spotted dining with the 33-year-old Grammy winner in New York.
Swift had just announced shortly before the start of the liaison that he had split from British actor Joe Alwyn after six years of relationship. The singer’s former romantic partners include John Mayer, Jake Gyllenhaal and Harry Styles.
Taylor Swift fans, meanwhile, took to social media to welcome her split from Matty Healy. “The best birthday present!” Wrote one user on Twitter.
