Tips to preserve your wedding dress if you had to postpone your wedding:
- Choose a place free of humidity and preferably one that does not allow natural light to enter because when the sun is very intense, it can dull the embroidery or change the color of the lace.
- Preferably remove the paper tag from the dress while in storage to avoid the risk of moisture or sunlight transferring the ink to the dress.
- If you are going to have it hanging for a long time, make sure that the weight of the dress is resting on the ribbons (ribbons that it has inside) because if your dress has tulle or lace on the upper part. It can be stretched when hanging for a long time.
