The Newsweek list was compiled based on data from key performance indicators derived from corporate social responsibility reports, sustainability reports and financial reports, as well as an independent survey.
The KPIs considered by the report focused on performance in ESG areas, while the survey asked US citizens about their perception of companies’ activities related to corporate social responsibility.
Last year, The Hanover was recognized as a top workplace for LGBTQ+ equality. It has also pushed for diversity and inclusion, with Roche becoming a signatory to the CEO Action for Diversity and Inclusion pledge.
