Château Pape Clément, a jewel of French wine heritage, is entering the world of Web3 by offering an exclusive pass in the form of a non-fungible token (NFT). The latter will offer multiple physical and virtual rewards, including a limited edition of its 2016 vintage.
Château Pape Clément enters Web3 thanks to NFTs
In order to celebrate the 770th harvest of Château Pape Clémentthe iconic wine estate located in Gironde, south of Bordeaux, Bernard Magrez House wanted to mark the occasion by entering the world of Web3.
Lovers of good wine will now be able to afford a membership card in the form of a non-fungible token (NFT) in order to benefit from various advantages relating to this Grand Cru Classé de Graves.
These NFTs, available in 1,252 copies, will go on sale on November 10, 2022 at a price of €310 and will be available on the Arianee wallet, the French company specialized in Web3 and NFT. However, it is possible to register today for the preview sale which will take place on November 8th.
According to Bernard Magrez, the owner of the estate, Château Pape Clément is here in line with the trend of the almost 800 years that preceded it, namely the combination of tradition and innovation :

This is what makes this Grand Cru Classé an iconic brand today. The creation of the Club NFT Château Pape Clément is part of this approach to make lovers of great wines experience the most beautiful emotions. »

The advantages offered by these NFTs will be multiple, and will allow you to benefit from both physical and virtual advantages:
