VP Khalid was a popular actor in Indian Cinema. VP Khalid has worked most notably in the south Indian movies and TV shows. He was titled the Veteran actor of the industry.

It is said that a veteran actor was found unconscious inside the washroom of a film shooting location. He was found unconscious on the morning of 24th June 2022.
After the film crew found him unconscious he was declared dead however his body was shifted to the government medical college in Kottayam for post-mortem. In his post-mortem report authorities, declared that he died due to cardiac arrest.
