The staff at Gelson’s are extremely friendly and helpful. They greet you when you walk in and ask if you need assistance finding anything. The checkers chat with you and bag your groceries efficiently. The baggers even walk you out and help load everything into your car.
Gelson’s also has a liberal return policy and stands by the high quality of their products. On the rare occasion something hasn’t met my standards, they’ve refunded or replaced the item, no questions asked.
