New vacuum cleaner joins Dyson’s vacuum cleaner family
The special feature of the
Dyson WashG1 consists of a “special combination of technologies” for humidifying, absorbing and separating moisture and solid dirt particles, thus ensuring “hygienic, contactless disposal”. In principle, the design of the WashG1 is not based on suction power at all, although the generation of airflow is one of Dyson's main disciplines and specialties.
Instead, the manufacturer's first vacuum cleaner uses two motorized, counter-rotating Microfiber rollers. These are evenly moistened with clean water at 13 points by a pump. Two secondary rollers on the inside free the main rollers during operation by means of Nylon bristles of dirt and deposits. The water quantity can be adjusted to three levels using a switch on the handle, with an additional, particularly powerful Max mode available.
Reliable dirt separation and self-cleaning
During the
Hygienic cleaning is also a must after work: so that you don’t have to get your hands dirty, the vacuum cleaner cleans itself in the included Docking station automatically. At the same time, the battery is charged. The maximum running time with one charge is 35 minuteswhich according to Dyson’s calculations is up to 290 square meters area is sufficient.
Furniture is no problem for the mop. Thanks to the flexible handle, the device is easy to maneuver and reaches even hard-to-reach places literally in the blink of an eye.
