Last year, Robyn Hahn was named president of commercial lines at Westfield, taking a leadership role created to ensure the company achieves its vision of excellence in commercial insurance.
Hahn’s success in that role earned her a spot on IBA’s 2022 Elite Women in Insurance list. At Westfield, she sets strategic direction and drives a customer-centric culture. As a former insurance agent, Hahn promotes a superior agent experience through a combination of relationships and technology.
“What differentiates me is what differentiates all women in this industry – our professional and lived experiences are individually unique, which makes us collectively stronger and the industry better,” Hahn told IBA. “I believe leveraging our differences is how we’ll solve problems and uncover new opportunities.”
Hahn joined Westfield in 2015 as chief marketing and corporate communication officer. Under her leadership, the company introduced a new brand in the marketplace and launched award-winning marketing campaigns. She also led the development of a digital roadmap that resulted in a new website and customer portal for the company.

Hahn has more than 25 years of experience with national and international carriers. Her skills include agency management, sales and distribution strategy and execution, digital and operations, underwriting and risk control functions.
Hahn is enthusiastic about bringing new people into the insurance industry.
“Specifically, the holistic nature of what we have to offer from a career standpoint – it’s so expansive and diverse, with tremendous depth and breadth of opportunities, yet largely unknown,” she said. “Want to establish deep expertise? We’ve got it. Want to consistently be learning new skills or establish a broad array of leadership competency? We’ve got it. Want to be on the cutting edge of transforming an industry that has stood the test of time and is an integral part of our financial system” We’ve got it.”
